Respectl¥e re4K+ll5ibllltles of trustees and examiner
The charty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
charitvs trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under settion 144 of

It is my ￿SpOnsIbl11ty to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charitie5 Act.
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions gtven by the Charlty
Commission (under section 14515llbl of the Charitres Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

Compafison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosure5 in the accounts, and seeking explanatlons from the trustee5 concernin8
any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidencethat would be
required in an audit. and Consequent￿ no oplnion isgfvèn asto whether the accounts present a
'true and fairf view and the report is limited to those matter5 set out in the statement bel¢M.
Independert examin&s ststemerrt
In connertlon wf(h my examination. no matter has come to my attentbn
