Responslbilities of the direetors
The directors are responsible for preparing the Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the directors lo prepare financial slalements for each financial period.
Under that law the diredors have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordan￿ with
United Kingdom Generally Awepted AGGQUnting PraGIiGe (United Kingdom AcGounling
Standards and applicable lawl.
The statements are required by law lo give a Irye and fair view of the slate of affairs of the
company and of the profil or loss of the company lor that period.
