Faith welcome jo and millie in to the preschool family hoping they are enjoying there time with us 

There would have been mia too but she as handed her notices and will leave on the 20" jan 

Rent is currently 16.50 per hour however we knowit is going up again in April waiting on letter 

Fees looking at going up to 

Session £15 

Snacks 50p per session 

Dinner £4.00 daily 

Breakfast £4.00 daily 

Which will start april 2023 after easter 

## Outstanding balances 

We have sent an letter to parents who owe over 2000 pounds we given them till end jan to get in touch due to having already set a payment plan and only had two payments but not the full amounts that needed to be paid will update as we know other outstanding balances are being soeted by hope at present 

Children on books at moment 43 and several waiting to start at easter, sept going to be a big one as will be going to lose 25 children

Leaders report Has hope and Kelly as said in leader report both rooms are doing well and all childrens needs are counted for when in preschool 

## Management 

Faith thanked Kelly for her contains support to hopeas still under Sheffield hospital for her head and also she has her own health problems but said she is happy it takes her mind of her problems 

Faith informed staff at meeting if any issues to take to team leader first and if they unable to address the situation then to hope and Kelly 

Faith asked if there were any other matters that had arisen at present everyone was happy with what had been said and no concerns 

Hope and Kelly thanked everyone for there support Next AGM will take place jan/feb 2024

## Leaders Report April 2023 

## WELCOME BACK 

Hope everyone had a relaxing easter and thank you to staff and faith for coming to staff meeting in the holiday’s, its that time of year when things start to get a little busy with new starters and sorting things out for our leavers in july we hope we can ail pull together in the coming months to get things ready 

## LUCY 

Its been a year and we still think she going to walk through the door, the trail as happened and we all was shocked with the results, we had our lucy day and every one join in. 

## STAFF 

As you are all aware Madie as handed her notice in via email as it was a shock for must of us we wish her well in her new job, we will see her soon as she still as some course work to finish Millie is doing well and is where she should be and again we said if she needs anything just to ask 

Staff appraisals are due over this next term 

## TRAINING 

Red rock Online as ali been done now 

Danielle is still waiting for the Senco course to start 

Inhouse training is on going though out the year 

## BANKING WAGES RENT 

This is a grey area at present due to minimum wage going up and most of staff will be gettingmore an hour so Kelly and Michelle are sorting wagers and looks like we going from April to April instead of sept to sept wages will start 17 April Rent also going up so we decided that fee need too also had a committee meeting about going to bank for a loan just as a back up plan as covid put us in a grey area 

## TRACKING ,TRANSITIONS 

## Tracking is done thank you Kelly 

Transitions will be happening in the coming months plus with our paperwork that we send this should be a easy way for our little ones moving on to there next journeyin there life’s we have around 25 children leaving us July which this year we have 5 different school to send our information too

## ILLNESS IN PRESCHOOL 

Scarlet fever and strep A we been lucky that we only had two and they was loads better after antibiotics also tonsillitis as been around too 

CvI9is still going around the area we only had a few children and no staff

## HOPE AND KELLY 

As always we both have our note books with what is need to be done and our white board up also with our targets on for when needed to be done 

Ofsted walk arounds still on going and observations being done on everyone talking about what safeguarding prevent etc making sure we ail confided in what we need to know always looking out for new information to help 

## FUNDAY 

We booked our funday on the |* July this is the last time we changing it as its getting to close to us breaking up for summer everyone as already doing what they can for us letters have gone out for raffle prices
