To help with the funding of the Clinical Oncology Department at the Royal Cornwall Hospital through the provision of medical equipment and other facilities and the provision of bursaries for members of the Department in support of research, education and development in oncology treatments.
Objects: In The County Of Cornwall Including The Isles Of Scilly ("The Area Of Benefit")(1) To Preserve And Protect Life Of People In The Area Of Benefit In Particular But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing By The Provision Of An Enhanced Clinical Oncology Department At The Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske Truro Cornwall.(2) To Relieve Persons Suffering From Cancer.
