TRAINING TO NATIONAL GOVERNING BOARD STANDARDS & APPRENTICESHIP SCHEMES DELIVERING COMMERICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS. PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BECOME VOLUNTEER MEMBERS AND SHARE SKILLS WITH OTHERS - ALSO HELP WITH - MAINTENANCE - FUND RAISING - TEAMBUILDING EVENTS & ROWING CHALLENGES
