**Objects:** TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN HERSHAM, SURREY, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. IN THIS CLAUSE HERSHAM MEANS HERSHAM NORTH AND SOUTH WARDS AS DEFINED FOR ELECTORAL PURPOSES.

**Activities:** Provide all our communities young people a warm, safety, creative, friendly youth led environment embracing all different, all equal, all welcome. To provide meaningful informed advice, assistance, help and support to empower all. Recreational and leisure time activities, experiences and opportunities, so to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to fully participate.
