**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PREPARATION FOR AND THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC ORCHESTRAL AND CHAMBER MUSIC CONCERTS; AND FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE

**Activities:** The Charity is an amateur orchestra that rehearses every Monday, except in August, and has a membership of approx 60. We perform three main concerts a year in different parts of Nottingham with the aim of bringing music to the community. Our ticket price is kept as low as possible, currently --?6/--?3, to encourage an audience. We are very friendly and anyone can play for a trial period of 4 weeks
