atmosphere and many issues are raised and

In accordance with my examination, no matter has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to believe that. in any material respect, the requirements:_ l. To keep accounting records in accordance with Section 41 of the Act, and 2. To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the requirements of the Act, as also contsined in the Church Accounting Regulations 1997 have not been met.
