In accordance the Trust's goveming document, for the
public benefit we are seeking to provide funding for
children and young people who are in condition of need,
hardship or distress by reason of their social and
economic circumstances or mental, physical or sensory
disabilities.
Projects will continue to be selected upon the
collaborative decision of the Trusts trustees in
accordance with our governing document objectives.

We have now had the long awaited Gift Aid transferred to
the trust account this year which has know put the charity
in the financial secure position to be able to be more
flexible in enabling the charity to carry out the governing
docurnented objectives in this forthcoming year ahead.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust") for the year ended 0510412023.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirernents of the Charities Act 2011
('the Act.).
I report in ￿Spect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under sedion 145(5){b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's ststement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in, any rnaterial respect..
*he accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130
of the Charities Act- or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
con￿MIng the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2C08 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no cOn￿mS and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
