**Objects:** THE FRIENDS IS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THE PCC IN MAINTAINING, IMPROVING AND ENHANCING THE FABRIC, EQUIPMENT, FITTINGS, FURNITURE AND MONUMENTS OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST THOMAS A BECKET, TILSHEAD IN THE DIOCESE OF SALISBURY (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") AND ITS CHURCHYARD AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE CHURCH AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.

**Activities:** Raising funds to support the Tilshead church council to maintain, improve and enhance the fabric, equipment, fittings, furniture and monuments of our Grade 1 listed parish church and its churchyard. As well as raising money through subscriptions, the Friends executive committee arranges social events to give participants enjoyment as well as contributing financially.
