Introduction: We are pleased to present the Annual Report of London Rangers Youth and Community for the year 2022. As trustees, Terry Springer, Jennifer Hutchinson, and Keith Lunn, we have fulfilled our duties and responsibilities in accordance with the organization's charitable objects. This report outlines the activities and achievements of the organization in pursuit of its mission to advance the Christian religion via sports and Community development with a focus on young people.
Report Highlights:

Community Meal: We organized a community meal for

members in need, partnering with a local hotel to provide support.

School Holiday Camp: We ran a school holiday camp for young people aged 6 to 14 years, conducting three sessions during the holidays, totalling eight weeks.

Sharing Our Faith: We demonstrated love in action and challenged injustice while sharing our faith.

Mentoring: We provided weekly mentoring sessions for young people attending New Level Academy in Wembley.

Support Accommodation: We established a support

accommodation facility, which housed four young people who were previously homeless.
- Weekly Youth Football Drop-in Session: We organized a weekly drop-in session for youth football. - Supported London Rangers FC men’s team with mentoring sessions - Kick Start Scheme: We successfully implemented a Kick Start scheme, benefiting 20 young adults. 2. Achievements: - Support Accommodation: We acquired a three-bedroom - property in Harrow to enhance our support accommodation program. - Mentoring: We provided mentorship to over 50 young adults and 20 young people.- Financial Summary: Due to the Kick Start scheme, our income increased, but a similar amount was spent during the year. To
improve income generation, the Trustees plan to appoint a dedicated grant writer. Additionally, a new system will be implemented to improve reporting and ensure timely preparation of accounts.

Governance and Accountability: As mandated by Charity Commission, we have maintained proper accounting records and prepared accounts in accordance with the Act's requirements. The charity has implemented internal control systems to provide reasonable assurance against material misstatement or loss, including:
- Correct handling of funds and operation of bank accounts held in the charity's name. - Maintenance of proper records and reliable financial information for internal use and publication. - Delegation of responsibilities, ensuring adequate segregation of duties and division of labour. -

To the Trustees of London Rangers Football
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the charity’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I present my independent examiner's report as follows:
Scope of the Examination
My examination was conducted in accordance with the requirements of Charity Commission and aimed to assess whether the financial statements present a true and fair view of the financial position of London rangers Football as of 30[th] June 2022, and its financial activities for the year then ended. The examination involved a review of the accounting records, supporting documentation, and relevant internal controls related to financial reporting.
Independence and Objectivity
I confirm that I have carried out this examination independently, with objectivity and integrity, and in compliance with the relevant professional standards.
Opinion
Based on my examination, I am pleased to report that the financial statements of London Rangers Football for the year ended 30[th] June 2022 present a true and fair view of its financial position as of 30[th] June 2022, and of its financial activities for the year then ended, in accordance with current Regulations and Accounting Standards.
Key Findings
During my examination, I noted the following key findings:
The accounting records were maintained in a clear and organized manner, allowing for accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
The financial statements were prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and regulations, including the proper disclosure of significant accounting policies and notes to the financial statements.
I verified that the balances presented in the financial statements were supported by
adequate and appropriate evidence, including bank statements, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Internal controls over financial reporting were in place and operated effectively to provide reasonable assurance of the reliability of the financial information.
There were no instances of material misstatement or non-compliance with relevant regulations identified during my examination.

Recommendation
