Employment and training**<br>**opportunities are provided to local**<br>**people.**<br>**Numbers of children attending the**<br>**group is secure , with confidence from**<br>**families  remaining high despite Covid**<br>**challenges in recent times.   Flying Start**<br>**provision is secure for the group with**<br>**the location of the setting being in the**<br>**centre of the eligiblity area and also**<br>**proposal for extension to this eligibility**<br>**of the next few years.  Places in the**<br>**group are always  available and**<br>**encouraged for all families , and there**<br>**are positive numbers continuing to**<br>**access the provision at their personal**<br>**cost.**|

A member of staff gained a Level**<br>**5 Leadership and Management, Child**<br>**Care Learning and Development**<br>**qualification during this period.**<br>**Placements for Childcare students**<br>**continues to support development and**<br>**growth of qualified staff from the local**<br>**area.**|

This**<br>**has and will continue to have a positive**<br>**impact on staffing costs due to a**<br>**reduction in numbers of staff previously**<br>**needed to support taking children out of**<br>**the main hall to toilets in another part of**<br>**the building.**|
