guarantee. Its objects and powers are set out in ts Memorandum and Artides of Associab'on.
The Trustees bear ults'mate responsibility for Seeds of Hope huwever day to day decAsion making has been
delegated to managemenL
trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees annual report and the financial ststsments in
accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year. The financial
Statements are requi￿1 by law to gNe a true and fairview of the state of atrairs ofthe charity and of the sury)lus
or deficit of the charity forthat Period. In preparing these financial statements, the trustees are required to:
