The Charity makes grants towards ministry costs arising in the Parish of Waldron and the Stipend. It may discharge part of the annual quota of the Parish and any other charitable purpose within the Parochial Church Councils Measure 1956 any purpose to further the work of the Church of England and the spiritual and moral education in the Parish

Objects: (1) Payment Towards The Stipend Of The Incumbent Or Any Other Priest Licensed To Serve In The Parish Of Waldron And All Other Associated Costs Of The Ministry (11) Payment Towards The Annual Contribution Or Quota Of The Parish Of Waldron To The Diocese Of Chichester In Accordance With The Guidelines Published From Time To Time By The Said Diocese Which Guidelines Are At Present Titled "towards Full Responsibility" (111) Any Other Charitable Ecclesiastical Purpose Within The Meaning Of The Parochial Church Councils (powers) Measure 1956 Affecting The Parish Or Any Part Thereof; And (iv) Any Purpose Intended To Further The Work Of The Church Of England And The Spiritual And Moral Education And Training Of The Inhabitants Of The Said Parish 2. The Trustees Shall Only Give Effect To Objects (111) And (iv) If In The Opinions Of The Trustees IT Is Not Possible To Give Effect To Objects (1) And (11) Above.
