They had many accounting issues the year (Jan 23 – Sep 23) running up to us leaving them and despite me emailing them for 7 months, and informing them of their mistakes, they did not start to correct the issues until October 2023. Having assured us they would make these corrections they only took back £9725.26 in October 2023; therefore, we still owe them £19481.82.
