**Objects:** TO ASSIST THE FOLLOWING PERSONS WHO FALL WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION LIMITED WHERE THEY ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: FOOTBALL PLAYERS, REFEREES, OTHERS WHO HAVE RENDERED SERVICE TO THE TO THE GAME OF ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL AND DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS WHERE THEY ARE IN NEED.

**Activities:** The Benevolent Fund supports the local football 'family' in times of need.  The Fund offers grants to help players and sometimes their dependants, Referees, Officials, volunteers and administrators who are suffering financial hardship as a result of injury or illness - all of whom serve the game in Northamptonshire usually by means of affiliation, registration or membership.
