In July, The Haven celebrated its 25 year anniversary. We held a service of thanksgiving Iwlth cake)
In October 2025. There were attendees from all through The Haven's 25 years, $0 it was a very
special afternoon.
Durin8 the year, The Haven saw 116 clients. When clients finish, they •re asked for feedbock. Out of
those who replied, 64 out of 65 rated The Haven as either Excellent or Very Good.
We get comments such as'my life has Changed for the betterf and 'l'm 8rateful for the way you've
supported and held space for me during a very significant chapter in my journey.,
There are now 27 counsellors working with clients and we receive a very hi8h number of applicat￿n$
for available placements. At the last svri placement fair, The Haven was introduced to a new
investor a5 Yhe Gold Standard of Placement Providefs..
Our manager and deputy rnanager sUPPOrt the counsellors on placement and hold bi-monthly
meetings With thern. Those meetings are a mixture of support and trainln8 in thin8$ like EDI and
self-care.
