I report in respect of my examinatlon of the Trusvs accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Over the year we have increased both counsellors and clients, seeing 112 clients in total.
At the end of the year, 22 counsellors were seeing 51 clients across the two venues.
We are continuing to improve the administration systems. Clients can now fill in their registration
forms and submit them online. The administrator can check the bank account to ensure registration
fees have been paid online to. Both these systems speed up the process of getting clients assessed
and seen.
Counsellors continue to undertake in house training, for example in using Sand Trays.
We ran a pilot project, offering 10 sessions of free counselling to a few clients to see if this was
model that worked for us and for clients. The results of this project are being considered.
We have produced irnproved leaflets featuring a QR code and purchased a banner for use at events.
The website is being improved with clearer information on it.
