**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEPAL, IN PARTICULAR BY SUPPLYING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE HVP SCHOOLS AND OTHER SUCH SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR:(I) THE PURCHASE OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS,(II) THE CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND SUBSEQUENT MAINTENANCE OF THOSE BUILDINGS; AND(III) THE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF STAFF FOR THOSE SCHOOLS.

**Activities:** HVP UK is a charity set up to provide practical support and financial assistance to Hindu Vidya Peeth Nepal - a group acting to tackle the problems facing Nepal through providing quality education and vocational support to underprivileged and orphaned children, and offering assistance to other poor and disadvantaged sections of society.
