**Objects:** 1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS AMONGST NEPALESE CHILDREN AND YOUNG WOMEN BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING ANY SUCH HOMES, HOSPITALS, SHELTERS OR OTHER INSTITUTES AS ARE NECESSARY.2) TO ADVANCE THE GENERAL EDUCATION OF NEPALESE CHILDREN AND YOUNG WOMEN, AND IN PARTICULAR, REGARDING THEIR OWN MORAL WELFARE.3) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE MORAL DANGERS FACED BY CHILDREN AND YOUNG WOMEN.

**Activities:** A human rights organisation working for women and children in Nepal.Main activities are rehabilitation of women and children rescued from having been trafficked into India, support and refuge for women who have been physically and/or sexually abused, support for women and children who have contracted HIV.Educational, vocational & health projects.
