**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CHINESE LANGUAGE, CULTURE, HERITAGE AND ARTS, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND OTHER SUBJECTS AND TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF MILTON KEYNES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
