**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE RUSSIAN-SPEAKING REFUGEES OR ASYLUM SEEKERS (REGARDLESS OF THEIR NATIONALITY AND RELIGION) BY:- (1) PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH INFORMATION, ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, TRANSLATING AND INTERPRETING SERVICES IN MATTERS WHICH MAY INCLUDE ASYLUM, IMMIGRATION, DEBTS, WELFARE BENEFITS, HEALTH, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT;  (2) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND  (3) PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED.

**Activities:** The Russian Community Association provides services and support to the Russian-speaking refugees and immigrant community in London and Greater London. It now serves immigrants and refugees from the northern European bloc Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The organisation serves 2700 members. The organisation provides support on work, health and legal issues.
