**Objects:** 3.1 The Charity’s Objects are:The advancement of education in the areas of Christian faith, practice and dialogue and the advancement of the Christian religion including, but without limitation, through: 3.1.1 the provision of learning opportunities for members of churches and other interested persons;3.1.2 the sharing of theological resources with and among churches and communities;3.1.3 the preparation of persons for accredited and non-accredited forms of ministry; and3.1.4 such other ways as the Directors from time to time think fit.3.2 The doctrines and principles that shall be taught in pursuance of Article 3.1 shall include, but not be limited to:3.2.1 the beliefs and practices maintained by Baptist churches as set out in the Declaration of Principle adopted from time to time in the constitution of the Baptist Union; and 3.2.2 the beliefs and practices of the United Reformed Church as set out in the Statement concerning the Nature, Faith and Order of the United Reformed Church.3.3 The Board must apply the income and may apply the capital of the Charity in promoting the Objects.
