Achievements and performance

Out of Afrika 2023–2024: A Year of Hope, Growth, and Lasting Summary of the main Impact. achievements of the charity during the year Over the past year, Out of Afrika has made significant strides in empowering disadvantaged and orphaned children and youth in Kenya. We supported students throughout their academic journeys by ensuring access to education, providing essential school supplies, and offering mentorship to help them thrive. Several students achieved their dreams of progressing into higher education, while others continue to advance with our ongoing support. Beyond education, we responded to the needs of vulnerable families through food parcel appeals, bringing relief and joy during festive seasons and difficult times. These initiatives strengthened our role as a source of hope and stability in the community. We also championed the empowerment of girls and women by celebrating their achievements and reinforcing our commitment to gender equity across our programs. Despite wider national challenges and unrest, we remained steadfast in providing stability, hope, and opportunities for the children and families we serve. Our resilience, combined with the unwavering generosity of partners and donors, has ensured that hundreds of lives continue to be transformed.

From education to humanitarian aid, and from gender empowerment to community resilience, Out of Afrika’s work this year has been a testament to our mission of building brighter futures through compassion, opportunity, and lasting impact.

This year has shown what is possible when compassion meets opportunity. We are deeply grateful to all who have supported us, and we look forward to building even brighter futures together.

Other optional information

Thank You for Walking With Us

This past year has been a journey of hope and transformation. With your support, Out of Afrika has kept children in school, celebrated students progressing to higher education, and provided vital food parcels that brought relief and dignity to families in need. Together, we have created opportunities where there was once only struggle and built resilience in communities facing many challenges.

Looking ahead, we are committed to deepening our impact by expanding education, skills development, and mentorship opportunities for young people. We also plan to grow vocational training and strengthen our partnerships, ensuring sustainable change for generations to come. None of this would be possible without your generosity. Thank you for believing in brighter futures — and for being part of the change.
