**It has been a year of remarkable progress for Out of Africa (OOA)!** We've witnessed the continued transformation of underprivileged youth in Kenya through quality education and vocational skills training. 

**Our Impact:** 

- **Empowering Youth:** OOA has addressed the challenges of poverty, inequality, and unemployment by equipping young people with the tools they need to be self-sufficient. 

- • **Vocational Training Success:** Our focus on vocational training has yielded impressive results. Over 90% of graduates have secured employment after gaining valuable skills, breaking the cycle of poverty and achieving social and economic empowerment. 

**Key Achievements:** 

   - Provided access to quality education aligned with national curriculum standards. 

- Delivered vocational training programs in various fields. 

- • Conducted life skills development workshops. • Offered entrepreneurship and financial literacy training. • Established a supportive environment for personal growth. 

- **Looking Forward:** OOA remains dedicated to building a brighter future for all. We are actively seeking: • **Partnerships:** Collaboration with stakeholders to further empower underprivileged youth. 

- • **Funding:** Grant and donation support to ensure program sustainability. • **Local Engagement:** Collaboration with government agencies, the community, and our alumni network. 

- • **Income Generation:** Establishing income-generating initiatives within the centre to support long-term stability. 

- We are proud of the positive impact achieved in 2024. We look forward to continuing our mission and empowering the next generation of Kenyan leaders!
