**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AND FORMER STUDENTS OF THE THOMAS HARDYE SCHOOL AT DORCHESTER WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. IN PARTICULAR THE CHARITY WILL:-1) PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO ENABLE STUDENTS TO BROADEN  THEIR EDUCATION BY JOINING ORGANISED SCHOOL VISITS OUTSIDE THE UK2) AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TO STUDENTS (OR FORMER STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS) COMPLETING THEIR HIGHER EDUCATION AT UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION APPROVED BY TRUSTEES.

**Activities:** (i) Award scholarships, exhibitions, bursaries, maintenance allowances or grants to students (or former students under the age of 25 years) completing their highest education at university or other educational institution approved by the trustees.(ii) Provide additional financial resources to enable students to broaden their education by joining organised school visits outside the UK.
