Financial Review
Review of the chaiitys
finanaal position at the end
of the period
P•*121
Our financial position is stronger than in
previous years, but we are coritinuing to
monitor the situation and plan for future
events.
Increased budget forecasting by the
comrnrttee has helped us to allevk21e some
concèrns and help us to plan for the future.
Our landk)rds. the Iccal aLrthority, continue
to reduce the Maintenan￿ they will provide
and aslhe trmjikling is ageing, we have to
hold a budget for repairs and maintenan
as the Thjorin
and d￿ratiOn.
We have had a small reserve for a number
of years to help us over difficult times. We
are trying to Ir￿eaSe this in line with
financAal advKe. to ensure that should the
' worst happen we have to dose.
I redundancy payments can be made.
I EYE funding from the government
i remains under pressure and is not
increa￿n9 year on year in line with the
minimum wage and this still a threat to
future VIa￿'1ty.
