**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN, YOUNG ADULTS AND OTHERS (INCLUDING ADULTS, FAMILIES AND CARERS) WHO ARE IN NEED THROUGH HAVING COMPLEX NEEDS SUCH AS OFFENDING, MENTAL ILL HEALTH, HOMELESSNESS, PROBLEMATIC SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND/OR WHO FACE DIFFICULT LIFE CHALLENGES SUCH AS UNEMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, LACK OF POSITIVE ROLE MODELS, SEPARATION, LOSS AND LOW SELF ESTEEM BY HELPING THEM TO DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND IMPROVE THEIR RESILIENCE, ENABLING THEM TO LEAD POSITIVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE LIVES IN SOCIETY AND ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL. THE CHARITY’S WORK IS CARRIED OUT PREDOMINANTLY IN WEST MERCIA (HEREFORDSHIRE, SHROPSHIRE, TELFORD AND WORCESTERSHIRE); AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY FROM SHALL TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
