**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF WOMEN RESIDING IN THE WESTWOOD AND COLDHURST AREA OF OLDHAM AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WOMEN OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN BY ADVANCING THEIR ACTIVITIES FOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN ORDER THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF SUCH WOMEN BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE ADVICE SERVICES
