INDEPENDANT EXAMINER'S REPORT for the year ended 30th June 2022
I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 30 June 2022.
As the charity Trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparaton of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination and can confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in any material

TRUSTEES' ANNUAL REPORT for the year ended 30th June 2022
Objectives and Activities
Enabling the giving of charitable grants to those areas defined in its charitable objects. The aim is to engage in the activities that are supported by the Rotary movement namely to help those in need in the local Community, to support international projects, assist young people seeking a vocation and generally and support protection of the environment.
Achievements and Performance
The charity raised £26,078 and made grants of £18,173 for a range of local, national and international charities and other deserving causes. Additionally, various direct forms of help were given to a number of groups in need.
Reserves Policy
The Charity's accounting policy is to hold sufficient reserves to finance the promotion of fund raising events and ensure the ability of the Trust to respond quickly to the likely demands for funds.
