Trustee’s Account Report
With Covid now behind us, the Club has seen a continued high demand for its services with waiting lists in place. It has increased its members of staff to accommodate the increased number of children.

With children having spent the last year or so having to stay at home we have invested monies into the Club within the last financial year to provide more trips than usual during the holiday clubs to provide opportunities outside four walls. The year has seen a high demand for the Club’s services and is shown in the figures above.
The cash balance at the end of the financial year is £ 71,378.96
We will continue to offer the excellent childcare services and hope to continue doing so for the financial years ahead.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 March 2023. DD / MM / YYYY .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
