**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING ONE OR MORE PRIZES TO PUPILS OF THE SAID SCHOOL WHO:-(I) HAVE OBTAINED A PLACE IN HIGHER EDUCATION, AND (II) BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM A BACKGROUND WITH LIMITED FINANCIAL MEANS, WOULD IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BENEFIT SIGNIFICANTLY FROM THE RECEIPT OF SUCH AN AWARD PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT IF IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES NO PUPIL IS DEEMED WORTHY OF A PRIZE IN ANY YEAR, THE PRIZE MAY BE WITHHELD SUBJECT ALWAYS TO THE PROVISION THAT ANY SUMS OF CASH AT ANY TIME BELONGING TO THE CHARITY NOT NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE WORKING PURPOSES SHALL BE INVESTED IN TRUST FOR THE CHARITY.
