## **Attendance and Operational Challenges** 

Throughout the financial year, Boston West Kids Club experienced a decline in attendance. This reduction was primarily due to families opting for remote work arrangements in the aftermath of Covid. Additionally, utility costs have increased, impacting the club's operational expenses. Many of the club's building assets are now in need of refurbishment to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. 

## **Response and Future Plans** 

To address these challenges, the club is undertaking an active campaign to attract new families. Efforts are also being made to raise funds specifically for the improvement of our facilities. These initiatives are aimed at revitalising the club and ensuring its continued success and sustainability.
