**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF PRE-SCHOOL AND SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN BOSTON, LINCOLNSHIRE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION  OF CHILDCARE FACILITIES AND CHILDCARE SERVICES.TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN DURING OUT OF SCHOOL HOURS, TERM TIME AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PLAY AND EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE WHILST INVOLVING PARENTS AND CARERS.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE, EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
