(B) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF STEVENAGE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SAID INHABITANTS BY PROVIDING, MANAGING AND MAKING AVAILABLE FACILITIES FOR THE PRACTICE AND REHEARSAL OF MUSIC. (C) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
