**Objects:** TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF MENTAL ILL-HEALTH AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BY ENCOURAGING THE PROVISION OF LOCAL PASTORAL CARE.

**Activities:** The charity's main activities are (a) the provision of drop-in facilities and befriending schemes through its own branches (b) the encouragement of others to provide similar activities and appropriate pastoral care and (c) awareness and the provision of a forum for sharing experiences and ideas through its newsletter and web-site.
