**Objects:** 1) TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE IN VIETNAM AND SURROUNDING COUNTRIES, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND IN PARTICULAR BY DEPLOYING MATERIALS RESOURCES AND AID TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE RELIEF FOR SUCH PERSONS.2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH.
