Came15 and Equines. To trap, neuter and vaccinate against rabies all the street dogs of Jaipur. To treat all animals brought to our centre by owners. To hold clinic5 at all the animal fairs in the area. To educate the community in the humane and compa55ionate treatment of animals. Charlty Fund The funds of the Charity are administered by the Trustees to rneet the objectives of the Charity. The Trustees meet at least bi-annually and maintain regular contact by telephone and email. The Trustees consider that the overall financial position of the Charity 15 Satisfactory. and that the Charity is able to meet its obligations. Financial Position The Receipts and Payments Account is set out on the following pages. Investments The investments held are in accordan￿ with the Trustees power5 which are widely drawn. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144121 Charities Act 2011 and that an Independent Examination is needed. It is my responsibility as the appointed examiner, to= Examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 To follow the procedure5 laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145151 Ibl of the 2011 Act,. and To state whether any particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of an Inde endent Examineffs Re ort My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions provided by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from the trustees concernin8 any such matters.
