**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE BISHOP WAND CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OR THE DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION AND SCIENCE (DFEE) OR THE LONDON DIOCESAN BOARD FOR SCHOOLS.

**Activities:** Supporting the Bishop Wand Church of England school in it's endeavour to allow all students to 'Realise their God given potential'  Extend the facilities so that the wider community of the school may benefit from them.  Support the education, both during and after school hours, of the students of the school.
