**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE ARTS OF MUSIC, SPEECH AND DRAMA, AND DANCE, IN ALL THEIR BRANCHES.

**Activities:** The purpose of NCMF is to provide an opportunity for young musicians and speech/drama students to perform in public in front of a professional adjudicator, and to receive constructive feedback to assist their creative development.  The NCMF organises an annual festival which usually lasts for two weeks at the beginning of March.  .
