EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS TO THE NEEDS OF THOSE WITH A HEARING SENSORY LOSS;V. PROVIDE MEETING PLACES FOR SOCIAL, EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES; V1.
