Objects: (1) To Promote And Provide For The Advancement Of Education And The Relief Of Poverty Through The Spirit Of Co-Operation And Self-Help And To Further Those Objects By Supporting Schools And Promoting And Expediting The Work Carried On There For The Advancement Of Education And The Relief Of Poverty By The Provision Of Educational Facilities General Equipment And In Such Other Ways As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide(2) To Provide Education And Training For Persons Resident In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances So As To Prepare Them For Any Training, Occupation Or Service And Thereby Advance Them In Life Or Enable Them To Earn Their Own Livelihood Provided That Nevertheless Such Facilities Shall Be Available To The Members Of The Members Of The Public At Large
