**Objects:** THE PROMOTION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF:-  (1) THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND THE PROTECTION OF PEOPLE AND PROPERTY FROM CRIMINAL ACTS; AND  (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO CRIME PREVENTION, COMMUNITY SAFETY, ALCOHOL, DRUG AND OTHER SOLVENT ABUSE OR ANY MATTER AFFECTING CRIME AND DISORDER IN THE COMMUNITY THAT IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF COMMUNITIES.

**Activities:** Raises funds, primarily from corporate bodies, for distribution by grants and loans to community schemes and the running of youth inclusion programmes in Kent and Medway, which seek to reduce or prevent crime and anti-social behaviour.
