(2) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE UK AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE INHABITANTS WHO ARE REFUGEES OR ASYLUM SEEKERS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS BY PROVIDING, ARRANGING AND MAKING AVAILABLE AN ART CENTRE WITH FACILITIES FOR THE CREATION AND PRACTICE OF ART IN ALL ITS ASPECTS AND FORMS..
