The objective of the charity as stated in articles and manoranth of aSs￿latiOn is 'lo initiale and develop
the new discipline of Ecotechnics that intends to harmonise ecology & technology by mcdns of hands-on
ucational programmes and the research & developmfflt of demonstration projects and pr(Mlucts lanLthnark
programmes which the institute of Ecotechnics has facilitataj include: (i) the design of field research
programmes for the public to gain ecological ¢xpuience in such remote areas as rainforests. oceans,
savannas, and deserts. (2) the development of agricultur4 wastewater, air purificatio￿ and clos&1 system
technologies. (3) the study of cultures, art and theatrq {4) the publication of books relating to critical
ecological and cultural issues, and (5) the advancement of workshops. programs and conferenc&s to fi￿ber
the study and promote public awareness of the developing discipline of Ecotechnics.

The principal funding source for the company is consultaw fe￿ and donatio￿￿.
Investment poly and objectives
Aside from retaining a prudenl amount in res￿v&S each year most of the cl)aritys funds are to be sp￿t in the
short tern). The policy of the Trustees is to invest the amount that is available in short tm bank deposits.
The company had a surp1￿8 of £149 for the year (2023. a deficit of £1,795). Together with the accumulatal
deficit brought forward from previous years, the company now has an accumulated deficit of £305.

The reserves of the cornpany are to be usal for prornoting the company's charitsble objects as prescril)ed in
