CHAIR OF TRUSTEES' REPORT

As Harry's Hydro enters its thirteenth year, Frome and the surrounding local community continue to be offered an excellent hydrotherapy service. The service relies heavily on dedicated volunteers and an excellent service team who ensure the pool standards are maintained in a safe and efficient manner. The building and equipment requires constant attention and this continues to be a challenge to meet usage rates and high availability. The physio support has been excellent and the service offered is extremely well received. The financial position remains sound thanks to the Treasurer. Harry's Hydro receives no help from the Government / NHS so costs continue to be monitored very closely.

Thank you to all involved on making the hydrotherapy service work so well and efficiently. The Trustees look forward to another busy and rewarding year.
