CHAIR OF TRUSTEES' REPORT

Harry ’ s Hydro continues to provide an excellent hydrotherapy service to the local community with usage rates continuing in the 90 percents. The Trustees ensure that safety, quality and availability remain at a very high level. This has involved a great deal of effort by many dedicated people many being volunteers. Finances remain in good order. This year we took steps to start the process to introduce new plant equipment. Considerable effort went into fund raising with a target of £12,000. The aim was to have the equipment operational by end 2024. Changed physio support was introduced in June 2024 ensuring that this service continues into the future.

The first steps to becoming a Charitable Company were taken in September 2022 when Harry ’ s Hydro registered with Companies House as a Private Company limited by guarantee without share capital. The first Annual General Meeting was held in July 2023.

Thank you to all involved in making Harry ’ s Hydro work so well and efficiently. Dedication from the volunteers including water testers and engineering support has ensured that Harry ’ s Hydro continues to provide a much needed and trusted service.

The Trustees look forward to another busy and rewarding year.
