The Advent Community Association offers luncheon club facilities, which includes craft workshops, trips and holidays, exercise class, health infomation and check-ups, advice, & information on housing and benefits. The organisation also offers intergeneration workshps and seminars, boxing and keep fit training, vocal workshops and regular performing opportunities for young and older people.

Objects: The Objects For Which The Company Is Established Are: 1) The Education And The Relief Of Poverty Of The People Of The London Borough Of Newham And Such Other Places As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine (Hereinafter Called The Area Of Benefit). 2) The Protection And Preservation Of Health And The Relief Of Sickness Amongst Those In The Area Of Benefit 3)the Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation Of The Inhabitants Of The London Borough Of Newham (Particularly Those Inhabitants Who May Be Aged Or Disabled ) In The Interests Of Social Welfare And So That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved.(3)(2) The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation In The Area Of Benefit (Particularly For People Who Are Aged Or Disabled) In The Interest Of Social Welfare So That Their Condition Of Life May Improve
