The objectives of the Charity are to award grants to applicants who comply with the grant CTlteria.
Criteria for grant applications were developed and published on ihe Charity's websiie in ?009 and

if exceptional grant applications are received.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PF.RFORMANCE

The statement of financial activities shows lothl income during the yvdr of £65,028. The income

Reserves Policy
It is the wlicN' of the Charity to maintain cash reserves equivalent to the interest generated on our
capital investments in previous years which is sufficient to cover our annual expenses and to enable

Investment Policy
An investment strategy has been established in which our appointed broker Canaccord is directed to
invesi ai iheir discreiion wilh an objective being between income and grouryh ai m￿erate risk. This
strategy was reviewed in ?0)4.

The Tom Amos Charitv is an unincorporaied chariiv collsiiiuied under ihe Chariiies Aci. a
declaration of Twst dated 5th Noi'¢nib¢r 1999 and a supplem¢iital Trust d¢¢d dated 51h January 2001.
