Objects: (1) To Relieve (A) Friction Employees (B) Group Employees(c) And The Dependants Being Wholly Or Partly Maintained Of Such Personswho Are In Need And Without Sufficient Means Of Financial Support, Whether Through The Death Of The Person On Whom They Are Dependent Or Otherwise And In The Event Of Any Dispute Or Difference As To The Persons Entitled To Relief Under This Clause The Trustees' Decision Shall Be Final(2) To Advance The Education Of Persons Resident Or Employed In Cleckheaton And Such Other Places Wherever Situate In The United Kingdom Where The Friction Business Has A Place Of Business Or Within A Three Mile Radius Of Such Locations And Their Dependants By Giving Assistance To Enable Them To Attend Schools Colleges Universities And Other Places Of Learning And Education Whether On A Full-Time Or Part-Time Basis And To Support Encourage And Assist Such Persons In Accepting Studentships Training Vocational And Educational Courses And Places At Colleges Of Further Education And Liberal Studies
